Match Report
Harriers crushed league leaders Burton to keep their championship defence on track. Victory in the final three matches will ensure that the title returns to Aggborough.

After a cagey opening Harriers took the lead out of the blue, Matt Reeves received the ball with his back to goal, turned, and fired a low shot into the bottom corner of the net from 20 yards out. Burton had a brief collapse after this setback, less than a minute later Mitchell Renton in the Burton goal collided with one of his defenders and the ball ran loose to Reeves who stroke it into the empty net.

The third goal arrived shortly before the break, the visitors only half cleared a free-kick from the right and Richard Hall forced the ball back through the crowded goal area.

After the break Harriers continued to control the game, Burton's best effort was Adrian Brevett's shot from the halfway line from the kick-off. Richard Langford's perseverance led to Harriers' fourth goal, under pressure from two defenders he crossed from the left for Reeves to head in his third and wrap up the win for Harriers.
