Match Report
Hartlepool clinch a spot in the promotion play-offs with this last gasp victory. The game had an end-of-season air about it with both teams struggling to find their best form and the game became stuck in the midfield, a stiff breeze didn't help the game to flow either.

Harriers had the best chance of the first half to open the scoring when they were awarded their first penalty of the season after 25 minutes when Lee handled the ball. Drewe Broughton stepped up to take the kick, but his weak shot was saved by Williams diving to his right. At the other end, Tim Clarke pulled of a magnificent double save to deny Lormor and Miller.

After the break, the game did not improve, Tony Bird on as sub had a great chance following good work by Broughton on the left, but hit his shot inches wide. Dreadful defending gifted Hartlepool their winner, Sharp was left unmarked and Clarke failed to come and collect the cross allowing the defender to head home.
