Match Report by St@tto
Harriers gave themselves a useful lead in the County Cup Final to bring back to Aggborough for the second leg.

Harriers were quick off the mark, Daire Doyle scored his first goal for the club after just two minutes with a sharply struck shot from outside the penalty area which gave Adam Rachel in the home goal no chance.  During the opening stages Harriers knocked the ball around well and gave the Moor Green defence a torrid time, Sam Shilton in particular gave Richard Robinson the runaround before adding the second goal with a well judged chip after good work by Andy Ducros and Peter Faulds.

Andy Corbett and Faulds later forced saves from Rachel as the game became scrappy while the home team never caused Harriers any real problems despite running around a lot and having a fair amount of possession.

After the break the game died a death, neither side managed a shot on target, and Harriers were able to defend their lead comfortably.  Peter Faulds came closest to increasing the lead shortly after the break but pulled his shot narrowly wide.  Moor Green's best chance fell to substitute Wes Joyce eight minutes from the end but he lobbed his effort wide of John Danby's left hand post.
