Have to agree with Steve555 that the 4th from bottom Conference team should be reprieved rather than a side from the BBN or BBS given a chance. While I agree it would be more fun from a selfish point by Kelly Jones

Unless someone wins the lottery we won't ever be buying a player again. We will have to rely on our management's ability to spot a player (or 6) who has been released from elsewhere. by BRUMKIDD

5 or 6 years ago a rule was rightly brought in to penalise clubs who entered administration. Cambridge entered administration in 2005.Prior to this rule, If league/conference was one up/one down , Ki by steve555
