Third Harrier Finds New Club

June 14

Former captain Adam Willis has found himself a new club joining up with Conference 2 side Hinckley United.

Adam was unlucky to be released at the end of the season just ended; injury prevented him playing under Jan Molby and the boss was not prepared to keep him without having seen him perform.  Under Ian Britton he had worn the captain's armband and had been one of the best performers in Harriers' poor start to the campaign.

Hinckley manager Dean Thomas said of the signing, "I've been talking to Adam for a while and he is another quality signing for the club.  We've signed five players to replace the five that have left, but have spent a little bit more.  I want to thank the chairman for backing me, he realises we want to push on this season."

Willis has signed a one-year contract and joins up with another ex-Harrier in Matt Lewis.
