Match Report
Harriers cruised to an impressive victory which could have been far more emphatic than the scoreline suggests. Harriers fielded a strong line-up that included two new trialists: left back Nathan Meade and midfielder Steve Evans.

Playing wide on the right Evanss was very influential in the early stages, giving Nuneaton left back Chris Woodhall such a torrid time that he was substituted after just 25 minutes. By this time, however, Harriers were two up. Durnin set evans free on the right and he got away from Woodhall before picking out Thomas Skovbjerg at the far post who couldn't miss. Shortly afterwards Evans got away again on the wing and his cross to the far post was headed in by Gary Barnett.

Harriers were able to create chances at will in the first half, twice the offside trap was sprung but Barnett and John Durnin failed to capitalise on their chances. After the break they eased off the pressure but Nuneaton were never in the game and rarely threatened. Ben Davies forced a save out of Young and Evans headed against the post.

The third Harriers goal eventually arrived to make the scoreline a better reflection of the game, Thomas Poston's deep right wing cross was powerfully headed in by John Durnin for his fourth goal of the season. A totally professional performance by Harriers earned them their sixth win in seven games.
