Trialists Too Strong For Redditch: Redditch United 1-3 Harriers
A team made up almost entirely of trialists proved too strong for Conference North side Redditch and brushed them aside as 3-1 winners.
Harriers had the best of the game despite there being nine trialists in the starting line-up. It was a contracted player, Kyle Hadley, though, who broke the deadlock midway through the first half. Better finishing would have seen Harriers further ahead by the break.
In the second half Harriers doubled their lead through trialist Pat Sayce on 59 minutes but less than a minute later Redditch pulled a goal back through former Harriers Reserve Danny Scheppel. Trialist Joel Grandison added Harriers' third after 67 minutes to complete the victory for Harriers, their third in a row.
