FA Cup: Harriers At Home

This morning's draw for the 4th Qualifying Round of the FA Cup has handed Harriers a home tie against Conference rivals York City.

The two teams have met in cup comptition on just one previous occasion, an FA Trophy tie in 2008-09 which ended in a 1-1 draw at Aggborough, City taking the replay after an epic penalty shoot-out that ended 13-12.  Harriers have already beaten The Minstermen this season, recording a 2-1 victory at Bootham Crescent in the Conference on Opening Day.  The winners of the tie will receive a welcome £12500 in prize money and a place in the First Round Proper when the teams from League One and League Two enter the competition.

There are six all-Conference ties in the round, with the most notable tie being the local derby between Kettering Town and Rushden & Diamonds.  The games are due to be played on Saturday October 23; the full draw is as follows:
