More Trialists Handed Contracts

Harriers have signed two more of their trialists to bolster the squad.

Defender Josh Webb and forward Junior Joachim have both been given 'short-term' contracts after featuring throughout pre-season.

Frenchman Joachim, 25, began his career with AS Nancy and featured extensively with their 'B' team in Ligue 2 and made a handful of sub appearances in Ligue 1 for the senior side.  He scored goals prolifically fro the 'B' side and on loan with US Boulogne in Ligue 3.

After his release from Nancy he moved to FC Wiltz 71 in Luxembourg and scored 3 times in eleven games in his one season there.  Last season he moved to England and signed with Carlisle United in March  but only made two sub appearances with The Cumbrians.

Webb, 21, spent ten years in the junior sides at Aston Villa before his release at the end of 2015-16.  He moved north of the border to join Kilmarnock and made his senior debut with them, going on to make three appearances.  He initially joined Harriers towards the end of last season without making an appearance.  He was invited back for pre-season and has done enough to earn himself a contract.
