Match Report by St@tto

A shocking performance from Harriers saw them play 75 minutes with ten men and crash out of the FA Cup at the hands of Conference North side Fleetwood Town.

Lee Baker was sent off after 16 minutes following a needless, reckless challenge on Jamie McGuire near the halfway line leaving Harriers with an uphill task to overcome their hosts.

The home team took the lead after 24 minutes; Tom Cahill crossed from the right to Gareth Seddon, he saw his first shot parried by Dean Coleman but he striker was quickest to react to the loose ball and poke it into the net.  Harriers never settled and could have gone further behind just past the half-hour; Seddon nutmegged Gavin Caines and broke into the penalty area on the right but fired wide of the far post.

After the break Fleetwood needed just six minutes to increase their lead; a left-wing corner was not cleared, Milligan crossed from the left and Nathan Pond was on hand to score with a glancing header.  Thirteen minutes from time the game was effectively ended when Sean Clancy headed in at the far post from Jamie Mullan's right-wing cross.

Two minutes from the end dismal Harriers pulled a goal back; Caines received a pass from the left, strode into the penalty area and hit a shot that took a defection to loop over Danny Hurst in the home goal.
